 Crank up the tube and pretend you’re at the gym.

Bounce around the house, do your stretches or even use it at your desk in place of a chair. 

3. Floor exercises

Get down for those crunches and push-ups! You can watch a movie to make the time go faster. 

4. Run

There’s nothing like some fresh air – and a great workout. 

5. Dance

Play your favorite tunes and dance up a storm. You can also try gaming your dance steps with a video game like Dance Dance Revolution or Wii Fit.
