4. Flex Rewards Disclosure:
APY=Annual Percentage Yield. Rates current as of 6-15-2026. Monthly reward received depends on option chosen; High Dividend or Cash Back. If High Dividend Reward is chosen: APY is 4.00% and will be paid on balances up to $10,000 if Qualifying Monthly Requirements are fulfilled within the calendar month. Accounts that do not fulfill requirements within the calendar month will receive .05% APY. All balances over $10,000 will receive .05% APY. If Cash Back Reward is chosen: A cash rebate of 3.00% of the amount of debit card purchases posted to your account during the calendar month will be paid up to a maximum of $15 per month, if Qualifying Monthly Requirements are met. Qualifying Monthly Requirements for both options include A) minimum 15 debit card purchases of $10 or more, excluding ATM transactions, B) aggregated direct deposit of $1,000 OR $500 average daily balance; and C) access digital banking.
