How to Enroll in New Online Banking and e-Statements
Use the Following Information to Login to Online Banking and e-Statements on June 4
If you’re already using USCCU Online Banking, the process for logging into the new system should not be very difficult, but it will require you to reset your password and verify your identity.
If you’re a “joint” member on a USCCU account, you will now be required to create your own Online Banking credentials.
Use the information below as a guide to help you get logged in for your specific needs.
How to Enroll in Online Banking
For Current Primary Members AFTER June 4

To login please visit www.usccu.org or go to your USCommunityCU mobile app. If you have your phone set to do updates automatically you should have the latest version of the app on your phone. If not, click on your old app and click “update” (Below you will see what the new version of the app looks like).

To login use your current username & password.

You will then be prompted to “reset” your existing password.

Verify Your Identity: You will receive a one-time code via SMS text, email, or voice call to key in.

Accept the New Disclosure.

Visit https://my.usccu.org/Registration
- Click “Register to my Individual Account”

Accept the Disclosure and Hit Continue

Confirm Your Identity (SSN/TaxID, Account Number, & Birth Date or Zip Code)

Verify Your Identity: You will receive a one-time code via SMS text, email, or voice call to key in and complete verification.

Create Username and Password
-
Confirm Contact Information

Turn on Biometric ID

Turn on Digital ID

Enter new Username and Password, Click “Login”
