Neither the Credit Union, its officers, agents, nor employees have made any representations to the undersigned Purchaser(s), concerning the COLLATERAL. Purchaser(s) understands and agrees that Purchaser(s) may inspect or have the COLLATERAL inspected prior to bid closing, and is encouraged to do so. Further, Purchaser(s) acknowledges and agrees that the COLLATERAL is sold as is, that no warranties are made or intended; and that the Credit Union shall have no liability or responsibility for any repairs or damages whatsoever. All items offered for sale are sold– AS IS – NO WARRANTY.
