IMPORTANT REGULATION CC (AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS) CHANGES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025 

Effective July 1, 2025, we will be updating our Funds Availability Policy in alignment with 12 CFR 229 – Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks (Regulation CC). These updates will affect the timing of when deposited funds become accessible for withdrawal. Notably, the changes will increase the amount available to you for withdrawal on certain types of deposits.

Funds Availability Changes:

• Amount We Must Make Available by the Next Day.
  Previous Amount $225.00 – New Amount $275.00
• Additional Amount We Must Make Available if We Extend Immediate Availability by One Day.
  Previous Amount $450.00 – New Amount $550.00
• Large Deposit and New Account Exceptions.
  Previous Amount $5,525.00 – New Amount $6,725.00
