How to Enroll in New Online Banking and e-Statements

Use the Following Information to Login to Online Banking and e-Statements on June 4

If you’re already using USCCU Online Banking, the process for logging into the new system should not be very difficult, but it will require you to reset your password and verify your identity.

If you’re a “joint” member on a USCCU account, you will now be required to create your own Online Banking credentials.

Use the information below as a guide to help you get logged in for your specific needs.

How to Enroll in Online Banking

For Current Primary Members AFTER June 4
  1. To login please visit www.usccu.org or go to your USCommunityCU mobile app. If you have your phone set to do updates automatically you should have the latest version of the app on your phone. If not, click on your old app and click “update” (Below you will see what the new version of the app looks like).

  2. To login use your current username & password.

  3. You will then be prompted to “reset” your existing password.

  4. Verify Your Identity: You will receive a one-time code via SMS text, email, or voice call to key in.

  5. Accept the New Disclosure.

How to Enroll in Online Banking

For Current Joint Members AFTER June 4
  1. Visit https://my.usccu.org/Registration

  2. Click “Register to my Individual Account”
  3. Accept the Disclosure and Hit Continue

  4. Confirm Your Identity (SSN/TaxID, Account Number, & Birth Date or Zip Code)

  5. Verify Your Identity: You will receive a one-time code via SMS text, email, or voice call to key in and complete verification.

  6. Create Username and Password

  7. Confirm Contact Information

  8. Turn on Biometric ID

  9. Turn on Digital ID

  10. Enter new Username and Password, Click “Login”

CONGRATS, YOU ARE ALL SET!

Once you’ve logged into Online Banking you can easily access your e-Statements
  1. Computer Access: Tap Accounts in the navigation bar, then tap Statements & Notices
    Phone App Access:
    In the app, click the More tab at the bottom of the screen. Under your name, tap the Accounts dropdown and select the second option Statements & Notices.
  2. Select Statements. and if prompted click View Statements.
  3. Your first time logging in you will be required to review the e-Statement Disclosure and confirm your email address.
  4. Tap Confirm and you will be taken to the e-Statements dashboard.

CONGRATS! You have successfully enrolled and will now be able to view your statement online the next time it is processed (checking accounts monthly, savings accounts quarterly).

Once you’ve logged into Online Banking you can easily access your e-Statements
  1. Computer Access: Tap Accounts in the navigation bar, then tap Statements & Notices
    Phone App Access:
    In the app, click the More tab at the bottom of the screen. Under your name, tap the Accounts dropdown and select the second option Statements & Notices.
  2. Select Statements. and if prompted click View Statements.

Unlike the previous version of e-Statements, our updated version of e-Statements requires you to utilize Online Banking to view your e-Statements.
