Swipe to Win Cash Sweepstakes 6/2025 Official Rules
- No purchase necessary to enter for a chance to win. Only members of US Community Credit Union in good standing, age 18 and older are eligible to participate. US Community Credit Union checking account with debit card or a US Community Credit Union credit card required to participate. Employees and Volunteers of the credit union and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. There will be one drawing at the end of the sweepstakes period June 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025 with a prize of $500 cash. Drawing will be conducted at US Community Credit Union’s Administration Office for the sweepstakes entries, do not need to be present to win.
- To be eligible to win, you must use your US COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION debit card or credit card to complete a transaction of ten dollars ($10) or more and it must post within the promotional period of June 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025. Each time you use your US COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION debit card or credit card for payment of goods or services, and the transaction is posted during the promotional period, you will automatically be registered to win the prize of $500 cash. Automatic entries will be generated based on when the debit card or credit card transactions post on US COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION’s system rather than when the purchase may have been made. Odds of winning are increased when you make multiple qualifying transactions during the promotion. If more than one card exists on an account, and a transaction on the account is selected as a winner, the winner will be determined by cardholder name and card number used to perform the transaction. If the card is a shared card, and a transaction on the account is selected as a winner, the winner will be the primary cardholder on the account. You must be at least 18 years or older to be eligible to win. Transactions conducted with accounts/cards held by minors will not qualify for this promotion.
- To enter without purchase or obligation, submit an original handwritten 3” x 5” card with your name, address (including ZIP code), telephone number (including area code), email address, and date of birth to: Swipe for Cash Sweepstakes, US Community Credit Union, Attn: Marketing Dept., P.O. Box 140570, Nashville, TN 37214. The credit union assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail entries. One entry is allowed per envelope for entries that are not automatic; no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Entries must be received by the close of business on the last official business day of the month.
- Each promotion is a separate sweepstakes for a separate prize. In the instance that this promotion happens again at a later date, entries from previous sweepstakes are not carried forward. To be entered for a new sweepstakes, you must adhere to the rules laid out for that sweepstakes.
- One prize consisting of $500 cash will be awarded in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Drawings will be conducted at US Community Credit Union’s Administration Office on or around the week after the sweepstakes concludes. The winner needs not be present to win. All decisions are in the sole and absolute discretion of the credit union. Winner will be notified by telephone, email, or U.S. mail. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted. The credit union reserves the right to draw for an alternate winner if the winner cannot be contacted and awarded the prize within 30 days of the drawing. Limit one prize per household. The selection of a prize winner will be final.
- All winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action, and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death.
- The winner’s accounts must be in good standing. If the winner’s accounts are not in good standing, the credit union may select an alternate winner with accounts in good standing.
- Winnings will be reported to the IRS. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion.
- To claim the prize, all winners must sign and return a release and an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release to the Credit Union at US Community Credit Union, P.O. Box 140570, Nashville, TN 37214, within 14 days of notification, or prizes will, in the Credit Union’s discretion, be forfeited. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.
- By entering the drawing, all participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation or non-compliance with these rules will result in disqualification.
- This drawing is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
