US Community Credit Union branch lobbies will reopen on Monday, February 22, 2021.
The USCCU Branch in the Estes Kefauver Federal Building and the Mobile Branch remain temporarily closed.
The safety and well-being of our employees, members, and community continue to be our top-priority, and we will be strictly adhering to the guidelines set forth by the CDC and state and local entities for proper cleaning, mask, and safety protocols.
What to Expect When Visiting US In-Branch
- Face masks will be required when visiting our lobbies.
- We are only allowing two people per family or group into the branch. If you have children or others with you, please use the drive-thru to conduct your transaction
- Our Kids Area is CLOSED
- We will not be serving popcorn, water, or coffee
Branch locations are under a strict cleaning schedule, which includes all surfaces, door handles, pens, signature pads, and other drive-thru materials and common areas.
