Throughout the past two years, our team has been hard at work preparing to implement a new suite of technologies to enhance your banking experience. This conversion took place over the weekend of May 31-June 3, and when services were restored, members were introduced to a brand-new online and mobile banking platform, a state-of-the-art telephone teller system, a streamlined bill payment system, and much more. 

We understand change is hard and no conversion is ever perfect, and we truly appreciate your flexibility as we continue to work to resolve any of your remaining concerns. For those members who called into our call center and experienced our higher than normal call volume, we thank you for your patience until one of our team members could assist you. Your support has been invaluable, and it has not gone unnoticed.
