At US Community Credit Union, everything we do is rooted in one simple philosophy: people helping people.
In 2025, we remained focused on what matters most, helping our members navigate everyday life with confidence through lending, savings, and financial support when they need it most. From major life milestones to unexpected challenges, we were proud to stand alongside our members and our community every step of the way.
Helping Our Members
Supporting our members’ financial journeys continues to be at the heart of our mission. Over the past year, we provided meaningful financial solutions across a variety of needs:
- 161 home loans totaling nearly $25 million
- 1,025 auto loans totaling nearly $29 million
- 175 Time in Need loans, helping members during the Government Furlough and holiday season
- More than 280 members supported through HELOC and auto loan promotions
- $4.58 million returned to members through dividends
We also launched our Emergency Fund Savings Account, helping members build stronger financial foundations, with over $1.6 million saved for emergencies.
Community Impact
Our commitment extends far beyond financial services. In 2025, our team actively invested time and energy into the communities we serve across Middle Tennessee. Employees volunteered with organizations such as:
- Community Resource Center
- Habitat for Humanity
- Operation Stand Down TN
- PENCIL Foundation
- Salvation Army Angel Tree
- And many more
Together, we contributed:
- 380 hours of volunteer service
- 792 items donated to local nonprofit organizations
- $60,000 raised through our Credit Unions for Kids Golf Classic, benefiting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt
These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening the communities where we live and work.
Financial Performance
Our strong financial performance allows us to reinvest in our members, enhance our services, and continue growing responsibly, ensuring long-term stability while delivering meaningful value back to those we serve.
In 2025, we achieved:
- $335 million in assets
- $13.76 million in loan growth
- $2.74 million in net income
- $4.58 million in dividends paid
This growth positions us to continue providing competitive products, strong service, and long-term value to our membership.
Digital Experience
We continue to enhance our digital experience to give members greater control, convenience, and flexibility. In 2025, we introduced and expanded:
- Card Controls – Turn cards on/off, set alerts, and manage travel notices
- Digital Wallet Integration – Easily add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay directly from the app
- SavvyMoney Credit Monitoring – With 3,951 active users, helping members track and improve their credit
These tools are designed to make everyday banking easier, safer, and more accessible.
Workplace Celebration
Behind every great member experience is a dedicated team. We remain committed to investing in our employees and fostering a strong workplace culture:
- 23 employee promotions
- 540 hours of employee training
- $209K+ matched in employee 401(k) contributions
By investing in our team, we strengthen our ability to serve our members every day.

And while not technically in 2025, we are proud to announce that US Community Credit Union has been Certified by Great Place to Work for 2026. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at USCCU. This year, 88% of employees said it’s a Great Place To Work – 31 points higher than the average U.S. company.
